We want you to be happy with us and we will do our best to guarantee your satisfaction. Please refer to the sections below of our policies.
Non-Damaged/Defective Merchandise
We will gladly accept any returns if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You must contact us within three days of receipt of item. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
1. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by us. Broken inner pack quantities are not returnable.
2. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Please contact us with reference to item(s) in question, description of the merchandise, and most importantly the invoice number. We cannot process your request without the invoice/order number. Upon receipt of your request, we will then contact you and proceed to appropriate return merchandise procedure.
Sale Items
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise except if the item is defective or damaged on shipment.
Returns
Due to seasonal nature of our Christmas merchandise, purchases made after December 1st cannot be returned for refunds, credit, or exchanges. And all after Christmas sales and clearance items shipped through February 15th are final.
Damaged or Defective Parcel
In the event of a damaged or defective parcel, we will replace the merchandise you purchased of the same item ONLY. You must contact us within three days of receipt of item. Please contact us with reference to item(s) in question, description of the damage, and most importantly the invoice number. We cannot process your request without the invoice/order number. Upon receipt of your request, we will then contact you and proceed to appropriate damaged or defective merchandise procedure.
